Keto Points is an anti-inflammatory diet of healthy meats and fats, fresh vegetables, and delicious herbs & spices. If you're familiar with Paleo or Primal diets, the foods you can eat are very similar.

Since Keto Points is a diet of fresh, whole foods, you must be willing to prepare your own meals.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, if you decide your new plan is not right for you, send us an email and we'll cancel your plan—and any future payments.

Is there any limit to the number of meals I can plan?

No. You can plan as many meals as you’d like.
